School Location and Attractions:

Upendo School is located in the Matevesi village , which is in the Arusha Region of Northern Tanzania. The school is situated 11 km from the centre of Arusha city .

The local attractions include the beautiful Mt. Meru and many world-famous national parks,which include the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the Tarangire, the Manyara, and the Arusha National Park. Also found in northern Tanzania is Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa.
