About Us
I remember in 2004, while chatting on the Internet, I came across Melchie Tonog from Philippines. She introduced herself to me and told me that she was studying at Mountain View College and that her parents were too poor to support her education. She sent me all the supporting documents I asked for from her college. My heart was broken and touched to help her. We discussed with my husband and agreed to send her USD 200 through Western Union. To send that amount, I forfeited my annual leave vacation in order to pay Melchie's college fee. We still communicate and she is our friendly daughter.
The idea came to me that there are many children of this nature (orphaned and disadvantaged) in my surrounding community and even countrywide, who are intelligent but are unable to continue with studies due to lack of school fees and other scholastic materials.
The vision of a school providing quality education to the less privileged children was born in me to help the needy children in my country, Tanzania, like Melchie from the Philippines. Remember, "Charity begins at home".
After sharing my vision and discussing with my husband and some friends, we decided to register a charitable organisation called LOVE FOR ALL TANZANIANS in June 2006. We started with a pre-primary school project and hired a teacher to teach 8 children into two wooden classes outside our house in January 2006. The same year we decided not to send our daughter to an expensive private school and to not buy clothes for the whole year of 2006 in order to be able to pay the teacher and other administrative expenses. Currently our first born daughter is schooling at Upendo School as a personal sacrifice for others as her schooling is higher compared to other students.
My husband Daniel and I have also given up our own house, which has been transformed into the three small classrooms used to teach children from January 2007 to date. We are committed to providing a quality education to destitute children in the surrounding communities.
Our long-term plan is to support these children to university/college level and when they became adults, they will be in the position to help others in need, and attain lasting development in their respective communities to end the vicious cycle of poverty.
Personally, I love the poor but I hate a poor mindset. I am a dynamic woman with unceasing energy, passion and creativity. I am dedicated, committed, goal and excellence oriented.
I am a community development specialist and have had extensive experience in child work and Micro finance for more than ten years now.
I am a wife to Daniel Amon Mwampamba and a mother to beautiful daughters Karin, born on December 27, 2002, and Catherine born on July 4, 2006. We are also living with a lovely, beautiful orphaned girl named Irene Piniel, born on September 13, 2002.
Throughout years of my career, marriage and motherhood I have learned an important lesson about success. Success is not how much wealth I will accumulate but it is how I use my time, talents and wealth to help other people who are in need.

Founder Message
Dear wonderful friend,
Greetings,
Thank you for showing an interest and taking the time to view the LOVE FOR ALL TANZANIANS (LOFATA) Web page.
I am so humbly pleased to announce that both you and I have been entrusted and committed to making a difference in disadvantaged children's lives.
LOFATA, as a charitable organization, has proven its ability to its mission; to have a positive effect in transforming the children and their family's lives.
This Upendo School project is designed to provide sponsored quality educational services primarily to the orphaned and disadvantage children. Quality education provided will enable these children to utilize their creative and life skills and enhance their personal and spiritual growth, as well as civil and social awareness.
For this vision to become fruitful, I need to find funding partners who wish for their finances to have an impact on the standard of living and education of these children.
Upendo School assures to use your donations and gifts in kind to support the continuing success of the education program. Keep in mind that your donation is tax-deductible. In dollar terms, some donations are large, some are small, but all will make difference.
Thank you for portioning your wealth to solve the education problem. You are giving these children a chance to break the chains of poverty, diseases and lack of quality education to live productive, peaceful visionary and fulfilling lives.
All donations go directly to the children's education program.
Please, could you help us by spreading the word about the school project so that we can continue to enroll students in the year 2009.
Please take a moment to complete the donation form at your convenience.
Thank you in advance for your donation and for allowing me to be a part of your day.
Sincerely yours,
Isabella Daniel Mwampamba/ Founder
